2. HISTORY:

Vinh Plastic and Bag Joint Stock Company was established in November 1996 with the name of Vinh Plastic Factory under the Economic Cooperation Corporation of Region 4 - Ministry of Defense. In 2002, the enterprise changed its ownership and equitized into Vinh Plastic and Packaging Joint Stock Company. In order to meet the market demand, the company has expanded its production scale, starting from an original factory, now operates two new packaging plants with modern technology imported from other countries having advanced packaging production technology.
The charter capital of the Company: 74,999,720,000 VND (Seventy-four billion, nine hundred and ninety-nine million, seven hundred and twenty thousand dong)

PART II. PRODUCTION CAPACITY

1. FACTORY PREMISES:
The total area of the factory is 4.7 hectares in two locations. Currently the company is planning to expand factory area by 4.5 hectares to increase production capacity.

2. MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT:

The company's production machines are imported from countries have strength in machinery for packaging industry such as Germany, India, Taiwan, China.
Quantity of Equipment:
- Yarn extruding machine: 8 , with capacity of 2.450 kg/h
- Mono yarn extruding machine: 2 with capacity of 250 kg/h
- PP multifilament machine: 1, with capacity of 70 kg/h
- Fabric weaving machine: + 6 spindle, 100 with capacity of 9.5 tons / 1 shift
+ 8 spindle, 22 ones with the capacity of 6.4 tons / 1 shift
- Belt weaving machine: 25, with a capacity of 3.2 tons/1 shift
- OPP printer; PP, Jumbo, Sling bag Printer: 7 pcs

3. HUMAN RESOURCES

Total labour: 1,200 people, including 100 professional staff, 1100 workers (80% of whom are trained and skilled at level 3 or above).

4. PRODUCTION CAPACITY:

Factory 1 (PP, OPP bag production): Capacity 500 tons SP / month.
Factory 2 (KP, KPK bag production): Capacity 120 million bags per year.
Factory 3 (Jumbo, Sling bag production): capacity of 400 tons SP / month.
The company is implementing an investment project to expand the area of 4.5 hectares in Gia Lach Industrial Zone - Nghi Xuan District - Ha Tinh Province to increase production capacity of 1,000 tons of products per month.

PART III: MATERIALS

We mainly use imported PP, PE granules and partly use domestic products.
Kraft paper is imported from the Russian Federation, Korea accounts for about 50%, the rest are originated from Vietnam and Southeast Asia. Some other input materials such as sewing thread, printing ink and other raw materials are domestic products which also met the technical requirements, quality required by customers.

1. DOMESTIC MARKET:

The company is big supplier of KP, KPK, Jumbo, Sling bag for cement factories such as: The Vissai; Nghi Son Cement; Song Gianh Cement; But Son Cement; Thanh Thang Cement; Hoang Mai Cement... with the output of 90 - 100 million of cement bag per year and 2.4 million of Jumbo, sling bag / year. The company is also supplying PP and OPP bags for fertilizer plants, producing sugar and bags for agriculture such as Ninh Binh fertilizer; Fertilizer of Lam Thao; Binh Dien fertilizer; Thach Thanh sugar factory; Quy Hop Sugar Company; Thanh Chuong Tapioca Factory

2. INTERNATIONAL MARKETS

Jumbo; Sling; PP; OPP; PK bag product of Company has been present in Japan, South Korea, USA, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, South Africa ... and highly appreciated by the market for product quality as well as delivery progress.

PART V: ACHIEVEMENTS

Thank to your help and cooperation as well as company’ efforts, in the past years, the company has always developed sustainably. Specifically:
- 2015: Production and consumption reached 110 million bags equivalent to revenue reached over 660 billion VND.
- In 2016: Production and consumption reached over 115 million bag equivalent to revenue reached over 700 billion VND.
- In 2017: Production and consumption reached over 125 million bag equivalent to revenue reached over 763 billion VND.

- In 2018: Revenue reached over 935 billion VND.

- In 2019: Revenue reached over 990 billion VND (42.5 million USD).
